Donations

Once received, donations to STEP are non-refundable except in cases of (a) duplicate transaction, (b) materially incorrect amount due to technical error, or (c) fraudulent transaction. Refund requests must be made within 15 calendar days to info@stepedu.in.

Membership fees

Non-refundable once paid, except where (a) the application is rejected by the Governing Body (100% refund within 30 days), (b) duplicate transaction, or (c) material processing error.

Programme participation fees

• Cancellation more than 14 days before programme start: 75% refund
• 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: no refund (one-time transfer available)
• Cancellation by STEP: 100% refund or transfer at participant’s choice

All refunds processed to the original payment method only. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
