All seven STEP programmes can be delivered to a closed cohort at your school, college, or corporate campus — online or on-campus, in English or Hindi.

Who this is for

  • Schools (Class XI-XII for Financial Literacy)
  • Colleges (final-year students for Entrepreneurship, Income Tax)
  • Corporate L&D teams (Personality Development, Communication for trainees; GST/Income Tax for finance staff)
  • Government departments (mid-level officer training)
  • NGOs and CBOs (beneficiary skill-up programmes)

Pricing model

  • Schools, Govt. schools, partnered NGOs: Free, subject to STEP’s annual funding capacity
  • Private colleges, Universities: Cost-recovery basis — ₹40,000–₹80,000 per single-programme cohort
  • Corporate L&D: ₹1.5L–₹3L per cohort (GST-exempt under 12A)
